A play dedicated to the life of the great Greek musician and singer Stelios Kazantzidis. The play, based on Panos Yfanti's book "Stelios Kazantzidis. The footprints of a myth", presents his early years till the age of 35, when he stops performing live. Kazantzidis, with his distinctive voice and talent, the son of refugees from the area of Pontos and Asia Minor, managed, under difficult circumstances, to become one of the greatest singers of modern Greece. It is a blend of factual and fictional narrative of his life, based on true stories of his relatives and friends. Through his course of life, the spectator also learns a lot about Greece's great musicians and composers like Giannis Papaioannou, Manolis Chiotis, Vasilis Tsitsanis, Akis Panou, Manos Chatzidakis e.t.c.
All the great recordings, the Columbia cooperation, the fancy Athenian night clubs of that time come to life before the spectator's eyes while listening to Kazantzidi's greatest hits.
