El Sistema Greece

The educational music project El Sistema Greece (ESG) was founded in Athens, aiming to build a music community without discrimination and exclusion. ESG operates in refugee camps and several locations in the region of Athens, offers music classes to children and youth between 6-26 years old no matter their origin, nationality or religion and organizes music events. Children are not only inspired to strive for a better future, but thanks to music, they are given a platform for dialogue and togetherness across diverse communities.
El Sistema Greece Youth Orchestra (ESGYO) was launched in 2017. ESGYO is an educational orchestra offering a unique process of orchestral learning that every musician should acquire.
